Shipping policy

We ship from Spain. Delivery is charged by destination and by the weight of the parcel, and the exact amount is always shown at checkout, before you pay anything.

Where we ship, and what it costs

A polo weighs 350 g, so one or two of them fall in the cheapest band. These are the prices for a parcel up to 1 kg:

Heavier orders move up a band; the checkout works it out from your address and your basket and shows you the figure before you commit. If your country is not in the list we do not ship there yet — write to us and we will tell you whether we can.

When it ships

• Pre-orders. The piece is made after you order. Production takes 4–6 weeks and carriage about one week more, so expect roughly 5–7 weeks in total. We will never take longer than 8 weeks from your order; if it looked like it would, we would tell you and you could cancel for a full refund.
• You get a dispatch email with tracking the moment the parcel leaves us.
  

Taxes and duties

Prices on the storefront include Spanish VAT. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla sit outside the EU VAT territory: parcels going there may attract import taxes or handling fees on arrival, which are set by the destination and are payable by you to the carrier or the customs authority. Where the checkout collects them up front, the amount is shown before you pay.

If something goes wrong

Risk passes to you when you — or someone you name — take physical possession of the parcel. Until then it is ours: if it is lost or damaged in transit, tell us and we sort it out at no cost to you. Write to contact@bravodivision.com with your order number.
