Legal
Terms of Sale
These terms govern every purchase made on this website. They are written to meet Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means you accept them.
1. The seller
Your contract is with Juan Royo Fernández, of Zaragoza, Spain. Full details, including our tax ID, are on the Legal Notice.
2. The product
We sell a single limited-edition polo in the sizes shown on the storefront. Production runs are limited and there are no restocks. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but colour reproduction varies between screens and is not a defect.
Everything we sell is a final sale item: we accept no exchanges, no change-of-mind returns beyond the statutory withdrawal period in section 7, and no order cancellations. Your rights when an item is faulty (section 8) are unaffected.
3. Prices
- All prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate.
- Delivery costs are shown separately before you confirm the order and are added to the total.
- The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.
- If a price is obviously wrong through a technical error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel at no cost.
4. How the contract is formed
- You choose your sizes and quantities and press the buy button, which states the total amount payable.
- You are taken to Shopify’s secure checkout to pay. Pressing the payment button places an order with an obligation to pay.
- The contract exists once we confirm your order by email. That confirmation is your record of the contract on a durable medium.
- If we cannot fulfil an order — because stock ran out between payment and processing, for example — we will tell you and refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, operated in Europe by Shopify International Limited. We never receive or store your card number. Payment is taken in full when you complete checkout, including on pre-orders.
5b. Pre-orders
When the storefront is in pre-order mode, the piece is not yet in our warehouse: we order it from our supplier once your order is placed.
- You are charged in full at checkout, and your piece is reserved.
- We dispatch once production is finished, 4–6 weeks after your order, and delivery takes about one week more.
- By placing a pre-order you agree to that longer delivery period instead of the 30-day default, as Article 18(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU allows. In no case will delivery take longer than 8 weeks from your order; if it would, we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
- You keep the full right of withdrawal. It runs from the day the goods reach you, and you may also withdraw at any time before delivery for a full refund. There is no cancellation request in your account: write to contact@bravodivision.com and we will process it.
- If our supplier cannot fulfil the piece, we cancel and refund you in full without delay.
6. Delivery
- We ship to Spain and to the European Union destinations listed in our Shipping Policy, where you will also find the price for each of them.
- Delivery cost: calculated at checkout from your delivery address, and shown in full before you pay.
- Estimated delivery: 4–6 weeks of production plus approximately 1 week of shipping.
- Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of the contract at the latest. If we miss that, you may set a further reasonable period and, if we still fail, cancel and be refunded in full.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you — or someone you name — take physical possession of the goods.
- For deliveries outside the European Union, any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are set by the destination country. Where checkout collects them from you up front, that amount is shown before you pay; where it does not, they are payable by you to the carrier or customs authority.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to change your mind, for any reason and without justification. See Returns & Right of Withdrawal for how to exercise it and for the model withdrawal form.
Outside that period every sale is final: no exchanges, no goodwill returns and no cancellations. Within it, your statutory right stands in full and we will not put an obstacle in front of it — write to us and we will refund you.
8. Legal guarantee
We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists when you receive the goods and becomes apparent within 3 years. If an item is faulty or not as described you are entitled, free of charge, to have it repaired or replaced and — where that is impossible, disproportionate or not done within a reasonable time — to a price reduction or to cancel the contract. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your right of withdrawal.
9. Complaints and disputes
Write to contact@bravodivision.com and we will answer as quickly as we can. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may take the matter to the consumer protection authorities or the courts of the country where you live — bringing a claim there is a right you keep regardless of anything in these terms.
Note: the European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and Regulation (EU) 524/2013 was repealed, so there is no longer an ODR link to publish.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you are habitually resident.
